Improved Visitor Experience

ZUUL

Guest passes made simple.

  • Invite from wherever you are. Use the ZUUL app on iPhone or Android, or your browser, to arrange a one-time visit or manage recurring guests and your pre-approved list.

  • Send a simple link. Each guest opens their invitation, verifies their contact information and completes any required details. They do not need to install the Resident app.

  • A fresh code for arrival. The live guest pass provides a unique, time-limited QR code that cannot be reused after acceptance. Recurring permission stays in place; the entry code does not.

  • Keep it handy. Supported passes can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Recurring Apple Wallet passes open the current live entry code; Google Wallet supports rotating codes.

  • Stay informed. Residents receive visitor-arrival notifications and can update or cancel access when plans change.

01 / Offer the right pass

Choose rental passes, daily or annual vendor passes, and resident-sponsored vendor-day passes. Your community sets the products, dates and rules, so staff can distinguish a short service visit from a longer access arrangement.

02 / Keep payments together

Find the purchaser, pass and payment record when answering a question. Authorized managers review receipts and collections together. Where cash collection is configured, staff can record cash received, change and closeout totals alongside paid-pass activity.

03 / Keep entry under control

A receipt confirms payment, not unrestricted entry. Officers still check pass dates, access restrictions and required compliance. Connecting the payment to the visit helps staff explain what is paid and what still needs attention before arrival.

ZUUL Visitor Management

A better welcome for guests. An easier day for residents and staff.

Residents tell the community who they are expecting. Officers find those details when the guest arrives, and managers can later search the recorded visit and its supporting images.

Before the visit

Residents can create passes for one-time or recurring visits and maintain their pre-approved guest list in the ZUUL app or website. Visitors can use eligible browser passes, with Apple or Google Wallet options where supported. Staff can assist when someone needs help. With the optional AI Call-In module, a resident leaves a visitor message by phone and artificial intelligence adds the expected guest to the pre-approved list, reducing officer data entry.

Guest passes made simple

Invite. The resident chooses the guest and visit dates. Each recipient receives their own protected pass link, even when the resident invites a group.

Get ready. The guest opens the link, verifies the requested contact information and completes any required details. They do not need to install the Resident app to use the browser pass.

Arrive. The live guest pass provides a fresh, time-limited entry code for each arrival. Once accepted, that code cannot be reused. Recurring authorization stays in place within the approved dates and community rules, so the resident does not need to recreate the invitation for each return visit.

Where available, an eligible pass can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Apple Wallet displays the one-time pass code; recurring passes open the current code in the browser. Google Wallet presents a rotating code. Access still follows the community's rules.

At the vehicle window

The ZUUL Guard app lets the officer process a visitor at the vehicle window while the driver stays seated. The officer finds the destination resident, checks the pass and captures ID and plate information. Those details and images stay with the visitor log. A guard website is also available when staff prefer to work at a desk.

After the arrival

Authorized staff can find a past arrival, review its ID and plate images and export supported reports. The Guard Monitoring Dashboard helps managers review recorded visitor workload, processing times, calls and cases needing attention by guard account and entrance. Shared-account activity describes the gate team, not individual officer attendance.

A resident experience beyond the gate

  • Visitor passes, pre-approved lists, contacts and household controls.

  • Vehicle records, linked credentials, notifications and virtual identification.

  • Package pickup details and physical key status.

  • Community events with RSVP, documents and Marketplace listings.

  • Non-emergency security, maintenance and community concerns with notes, photos and location.

  • ZUUL Key mobile access and resident-directory calls where enabled.

Residents and guards can handle supported tasks in an app or browser. Bluetooth proximity checks for door access require the mobile app; the website does not replace those phone-based checks.

A platform your community can shape

The base software includes resident and guard tools, ID AI for reading identification details, visitor-lane plate capture, reporting and community services. Separately licensed options cover rentals, paid passes, amenity check-in, text-message notifications, automatic license plate entry, advanced vehicle recognition, AI Call-In, community-management software integration and Centurion Patrol and Dispatch.
