Prepare vendors before arrival.
The landscaper returning each week and the contractor arriving for a single repair need different access arrangements. ZUUL helps residents, vendors and staff prepare those visits, keep required information together and apply the community's rules when the service team reaches the entrance.
01 / Give vendors their own workspace
Service businesses maintain their account information and supported passes through the vendor portal. Residents and staff can arrange one-time service visits or continuing vendor access, keeping service providers distinct from personal guests and making the purpose of each visit clearer at the gate.
02 / Put requirements in one place
Managers set schedules, entrance restrictions and required compliance documents, including expiration and review requirements. Officers process arrivals under those community rules. Authorized staff can then search recorded vendor visits to answer questions about who visited, when and where they were going.
03 / Check credentials during arrival
With the Safe Communities Vendor ID Program® integration, officers check a participating vendor's current credential status and expiration in ZUUL during arrival. A verified credential does not guarantee admission: the community's access rules and final entry decision still apply.
Choose the rules for your community.
Vendor accounts, the portal, compliance tools, visit reporting and SafeVendors software integration are base capabilities.
Safe Communities performs screening and issues credentials under its own program; verification is not a guarantee of safety or permission to enter. External enrollment, screening and provider charges are separate.
Charging for daily, annual or resident-sponsored vendor-day access requires the Paid Passes add-on. Talk with GTS about the requirements your community wants vendors and officers to follow.
