Vendor ID Program
Through the Safe Vendors integration, pre-screened vendors can be processed directly through the ZUUL Visitor Management system. Approved vendors present their Safe Vendors badge to a security officer or scan at the kiosk for entry with vendor information automatically logged as part of the visitor record. Communities get an additional layer of protection and clear accountability for every vendor on the property.

Digital Watchdog
Complete Surveillance Solutions
The Centurion Access Control platform integrates with Digital Watchdog Spectrum, linking credential-based access events directly to video recordings. Whether access is granted by physical credential or mobile device, communities can view the associated footage tied to each event, delivering clear visibility, accountability, and actionable security data.
01 / Offer the right pass
Choose rental passes, daily or annual vendor passes, and resident-sponsored vendor-day passes. Your community sets the products, dates and rules, so staff can distinguish a short service visit from a longer access arrangement.
02 / Keep payments together
Find the purchaser, pass and payment record when answering a question. Authorized managers review receipts and collections together. Where cash collection is configured, staff can record cash received, change and closeout totals alongside paid-pass activity.
03 / Keep entry under control
A receipt confirms payment, not unrestricted entry. Officers still check pass dates, access restrictions and required compliance. Connecting the payment to the visit helps staff explain what is paid and what still needs attention before arrival.

SafeVendors
The Safe Communities Vendor ID Program (SafeVendors) integration lets an officer check a participating vendor's current credential status while processing their arrival in ZUUL. Safe Communities handles screening and program enrollment. Your community controls the entry decision, and ZUUL records the vendor visit.
Digital Watchdog
Supported connections to Digital Watchdog's DW Spectrum video system help authorized staff review camera footage related to access and event activity.
Community management and accounting
The goal is for your community-management system to keep responsibility for property and resident records, while ZUUL handles visitors and community entry rules. That can reduce duplicate updates for staff. The information exchanged depends on the supported connection and the services selected for your community. Not every management or accounting system has an available connection.
Payments with a purpose
With the Paid Passes add-on, eligible rental guests and vendors can pay for the pass options the community offers through a configured card-payment service. Staff can find the payment record and receipt with the pass. Paying does not override the pass's dates or other entry restrictions.
