Keep your patrol team connected.
A pool gate needs attention. A visitor has a parking question. An evening tour is due. Centurion brings those requests, your officers and their reports together. Dispatchers coordinate work from the web, while officers use the Patrol app to respond, look up permitted ZUUL records and document what happened.
01 / Dispatch with context
See reported officer locations, duty status and active work on one map. Send an assignment with its priority, location and instructions, then follow the officer from acceptance through completion.
02 / Equip the officer
Officers use the Patrol app for assignments, resident and visitor lookup, incident notes and citation reports. Attach photos, video or audio to give supervisors the context behind a report, not just a short description.
03 / Tour, review and report
Build repeatable guard tours with checkpoints and post orders. Supervisors can search incidents and citations, review findings and generate Daily Activity Reports from recorded work, with print-ready reports for follow-up.
A clear view of every shift.
Dispatchers can see reported GPS locations, officer status and assignment progress together. A map and shared work queue help the team send the right context with every request.
Supervisors can search reports by officer, community, type or date, review incidents and citations, and prepare Daily Activity Reports for follow-up.
Access to permitted ZUUL resident, visitor and vehicle records helps officers understand who they are assisting without switching between disconnected systems.
When a community’s Centurion connection is enabled, authorized managers can review patrol reports in ZUUL, link an incident or maintenance issue to the home or resident involved, assign someone to follow up and record progress. The officer’s report gives the manager a starting point, so the next person does not have to piece the story together again.
Centurion Patrol and Dispatch is an add-on license. It is separate from the base Guard Monitoring Dashboard.
Built for the officer in the field.
Officers can read their assignment, acknowledge post orders and document what they find from the Patrol app, while they are still on site.
Incident and citation reports bring together notes, location, vehicle details and supporting photos, video or audio. That gives supervisors a fuller picture when a resident asks what happened.
Guard tours organize repeatable rounds and checkpoint activity. Resident, visitor and license-plate lookup helps connect observations to the relevant ZUUL records within the officer's permissions.
