Website inquiries

When you contact General Technologic Solutions, we collect the name, email, company or community, interest and message you provide. We use this information to review and respond to the request. Do not submit resident records, passwords, access credentials or confidential project files through the public inquiry form.

Partner accounts and resources

Approved partner accounts contain your name, work email, company and access status. Sign-in sessions use a necessary cookie. We record access changes, document publication and resource downloads to administer and protect the library. Administrators can deactivate accounts and remove resources from partner access.

Storage and service providers

Website records and private partner files are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Configured email services may process account invitations and inquiry notifications. Private resources require an active account and are not part of the public site.

Retention and requests

GTS retains records for the business purpose, account administration, recovery and security. Removed documents may remain in restricted version history and backups. Contact GTS at 772-410-5834 or through the contact form with questions or requests concerning your information.
