Community Services

Find a package, check a key or share a concern without starting a separate conversation for every task. ZUUL gives residents access to the services their community enables, while staff keep the related records organized.

Everyday handoffs, with a record

Packages. A staff member logs a delivery and sends a configured notification. The resident checks the carrier, storage location and pickup status before collecting it.

Physical keys. Staff track keys held for a home, who checked them out and when they are due back. Residents can check their home's key status. Physical Key Management is separate from ZUUL Key mobile door access.

Resident concerns. A resident reporting a broken light can add notes, a photo and its location so management can understand the problem and follow up. This is for non-emergency security, maintenance and community concerns, not emergency dispatch.

Information residents can return to

Events and documents. Staff publish events and community resources such as rules, forms and handbooks. Residents respond Going, Maybe or Decline to events, giving organizers useful attendance plans.

ZUUL Marketplace. Neighbors list and discover items for sale or free, with photos and contact details. Community settings control visibility and moderation.

Identification and communication. Staff prepare printable ID cards, and residents retrieve virtual ID cards in the app. Configured email and app/push notifications keep residents informed; notification history lets them revisit notices.

Does an event response reserve a facility?

No. Saying you plan to attend an event is different from reserving an amenity, holding an admission pass or unlocking a door.

Does Marketplace process purchases?

No. It is a community listing service, not a checkout, in-app chat or payment-protection service. Residents use the supplied contact details to discuss an item.

From payment to arrival.

01 / Offer the right pass

Choose rental passes, daily or annual vendor passes, and resident-sponsored vendor-day passes. Your community sets the products, dates and rules, so staff can distinguish a short service visit from a longer access arrangement.

02 / Keep payments together

Find the purchaser, pass and payment record when answering a question. Authorized managers review receipts and collections together. Where cash collection is configured, staff can record cash received, change and closeout totals alongside paid-pass activity.

03 / Keep entry under control

A receipt confirms payment, not unrestricted entry. Officers still check pass dates, access restrictions and required compliance. Connecting the payment to the visit helps staff explain what is paid and what still needs attention before arrival.

One place for everyday community services.

All community services described above are base software capabilities, enabled at the community's direction and subject to permissions. Text messaging requires the separate SMS Notifications add-on and a configured, accepted provider service. Printing equipment and physical card supplies are separately scoped.
