Onsite guarded

Put the ZUUL Guard app in the officer's hands. Process visitors at the vehicle window, capture IDs and plates, validate passes and keep a searchable record.

Remote guarded

An officer working remotely can look up the resident, process the visitor, see live gate-area cameras and operate authorized gate controls from the Centurion Remote Guarding screen.

Automated

Visitors scan a valid QR pass at the kiosk. Optional license plate recognition can admit authorized vehicles, and an optional resident directory lets visitors call the resident for an entry decision.

Hybrid

Combine onsite officers, remote officers and automated entry. For example, your community can use onsite staff during busy hours and remote assistance overnight.

One platform, useful to everyone

Residents. Create guest passes, maintain a list of pre-approved visitors and review household vehicles from the app or website. Find enabled services such as package notices and events in the same place.

Visitors. Open the invitation to prepare for a visit and retrieve the appropriate pass. Rental registration links guide guests through required steps before arrival.

Security teams. Read supported ID fields with artificial intelligence, capture the vehicle plate and attach the information to the visitor log. Less typing lets officers focus on the person at the window.

Community managers. Find residents, visitors, vehicles, access history and operational reports without piecing together disconnected logs.

More than an entry system

Residents can see when a package is ready, check the status of keys held for their home, respond to events and find community documents.

They can submit non-emergency concerns with photos and location, retrieve their virtual ID and browse neighbors’ listings in ZUUL Marketplace. Staff can manage these enabled services and prepare printable ID cards in the platform.
